Provide case planning services that support the safety, well-being, and permanency of children in foster care
Conduct regular field visits with children, biological families, foster families, and care providers
Develop and update service plans in collaboration with families and other care team members
Document case contacts, progress notes, and required follow-up in the agency system
Participate in family team conferences, supervision meetings, and court proceedings as assigned
