Position Summary
Bel-Aire Management Group, LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Team Member to assist with general maintenance and property upkeep at Woodbrook Estates in Lakeland, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, organized, and takes pride in keeping the community clean, safe, and attractive for residents.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with general property maintenance and repairs
- Maintain common areas, roadways, sidewalks, clubhouse areas, and community grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
- Perform light landscaping, trimming, pressure washing, and exterior cleanup as needed
- Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair items
- Help prepare vacant lots or community areas when needed
- Inspect and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage
- Assist with pool, clubhouse, and amenity area upkeep as needed
- Support storm preparation and cleanup when necessary
- Operate basic maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with residents, vendors, and team members
- Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Prior maintenance, handyman, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and follow direction
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in manufactured housing, apartment communities, RV resorts, or property management is a plus
Physical Requirements
This position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, using tools, and working outdoors for extended periods. The team member must be able to safely perform physical maintenance tasks related to the position.

Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
