STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHER & RETOUCHER
Position Overview
Infinity Classics, a leading women's intimates and hosiery company, is seeking an experienced Studio Photographer & Retoucher to drive high-volume product content production. This role balances hands-on photography with post-production retouching and digital asset management, supporting seasonal campaigns and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, workflow efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills as well as experience with lifestyle and on figure photography, whether in the studio or on location.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Photography
- Execute high-quality product photography across flat-lay and on-form applications, including accessories and apparel
- The ability to produce quality lifestyle and on figure images, in studio or on location.
- Manage daily studio operations, including tethered shooting via Capture One and consistent lighting protocols
- Maintain standardized lighting setups to ensure visual consistency across seasonal SKU volumes
- Partner with design, merchandising, and retouching teams to meet delivery timelines and brand specifications
Post-Production & Image Quality Assurance
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced retouching in Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, selective masking, background refinement, and batch processing
- Verify all imagery meets brand standards for color accuracy, product representation, and e-commerce specifications
- Troubleshoot complex retouching scenarios while maintaining consistency across batches
- Optimize workflow efficiency through advanced techniques and automation
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and upload retouched assets to the DAM system with precise SKU mapping and metadata tagging
- Establish and maintain consistent file naming conventions and folder structures
- Ensure all assets are archived, version-controlled, and distribution-ready
- Communicate asset status and delivery updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of commercial studio photography in e-commerce, catalog, apparel, or fashion
- Portfolio: Demonstrated capability delivering consistent, high-volume output at professional quality standards
- Technical Proficiency:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera systems and studio lighting/strobe equipment
- Capture One (tethered shooting workflows)
- Adobe Photoshop (advanced retouching and batch processing)
- Core Competencies:

Salary: $60,000
