PNW Electric is seeking an experienced, licensed Oregon Journeyman Electrician to join our team as a Service Technician. This position is focused on residential and commercial service work, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer solutions.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, independently driven electrician who takes pride in their work, can confidently run service calls from start to finish, and enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and taking great care of customers.
Position Overview
As a Service Technician, you will:
- Respond to residential and commercial service calls
- Create estimates
- Create invoices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions with customers
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Represent PNW Electric with professionalism and excellent customer service
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Personal hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
