The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
- Coordinate daily field operations with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Enforce safety protocols, building codes, and company quality standards across all phases of construction.
- Manage site logistics, manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and productivity goals.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and provide regular updates on site progress, milestones, and upcoming activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications.
- Partner closely with project management teams to maintain effective communication and successful project execution.
