At CareAparent you will work with other passionate individuals focused on giving the best care possible for our clients. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement a care plan for rehabilitation. At CareAparent we are a team. Our Case Management model ensures you will receive timely training and support to help you provide the best care possible. The PTA helps clients perform the exercises and mobility techniques set forth in the care plan developed by the Physical Therapist.
Pay Range: $32.00 - $40.00/hour

Responsibilities:
-
Implement client treatment plans with guidance from the Physical Therapist
-
Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities, and home exercise programs.

Provide treatment / interventions for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes.

Communicate patient progress or problems to Therapy Manager and other team members; assist with patient scheduling.

Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
Position Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Current and valid PTA license in Minnesota
-
Medicare experience preferred
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations

Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
