SVS Group is looking for several Ice Cream Production Associates for one of our clients in the Glendale area.
This is a full time first shift position that starts at 6:45 am.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality ice cream products, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment for ice cream manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
- Follow established HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols to maintain food safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of ingredients for ice cream production, adhering to recipes and specifications.
- Participate in packaging operations, ensuring products are properly sealed, labeled, and stored according to specifications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures within the food industry is essential.
- Experience with packaging processes in a food production setting is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
