Harbour Dental Care is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for our established, high-performing private practice in St. Johns, Florida.
We are seeking a confident, production-driven Dental Hygienist who excels in periodontal therapy, patient education, and building long-term patient relationships.
This position offers competitive hourly pay PLUS a monthly hygiene production bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Review medical and dental history; record vital signs
- Take digital radiographs (Dexis preferred)
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Provide dental prophylaxis and Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
- Administer local anesthesia
- Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
- Educate patients on periodontal disease and oral hygiene
- Support case acceptance through patient education
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control standards
- Update dental records (Denticon experience preferred)
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Dental Hygiene License
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local anesthesia certification
- Current BLS, OSHA, and HIPAA training
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in private practice
- Denticon experience
- Dexis digital x-ray experience
- 3D imaging (CBCT) experience
- CEREC scanning
- Zoom in-office whitening experience
