Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Site Manager to oversee the custodial operations at our facility. The Janitorial Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the site, including managing a team of custodial staff.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate custodial staff
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities through regular inspections and quality checks
- Oversee floor care, buffing, and other cleaning tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on facilities and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Ongoing communication with facility owners to ensure contract deliverables are being met
Skills:
- Experience in custodial management
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
