About the Position:
This position will work directly with the owner of a fast paced, long established business to help keep both business and personal priorities organized.
Every day is different. One hour you may be helping prepare client communications, the next you may be organizing company procedures, coordinating with employees, scheduling meetings, following up on projects, or helping solve operational issues.
This role also includes personal executive assistant responsibilities. You'll help manage the owner's personal calendar, coordinate appointments, keep track of family and school-related communications, organize personal tasks, communicate with other family members and ensure important deadlines don't get missed. The goal is to keep both the business and the owner's daily life running smoothly.
If you enjoy checking the same boxes every day, this isn't the right position for you.
If you enjoy organizing chaos, solving problems, anticipating needs, and making life easier for the people you support, we'd love to talk.

This role is primarily office-based; however, there will be opportunities to travel with the owner to assist with business meetings, conferences, property visits, and special projects. Travel is not frequent but may occasionally involve overnight stays. All business travel expenses are paid by the company.

- An excellent communicator
- Detail-oriented
- Able to prioritize multiple projects
- Calm under pressure
- Professional with clients and coworkers

You'll be the person who keeps both the business and the owner's day-to-day life organized. If you enjoy bringing order to busy days, anticipating what needs to happen next, and being the person others depend on, you'll thrive in this role. Your ability to stay one step ahead, solve problems before they become emergencies, and communicate effectively will allow the owner to focus on leadership, strategic decisions, and growing the business.
