Key Responsibilities
Perform required daily cycle counts as required by the Corporate Audit schedule
Reconcile parts through the systems (JDE, WMS, SAP/EWM etc.)
Inventory Control responsibility for both Warehouse and Plant locations.
Investigate and search for priority NIL missing parts
Investigate parts by interacting with the supervisor, team lead, warehouse staff and planning team.
Ability to Learn all functions within the Cycle Count Team in both Warehouse and Plant locations
NIL resolution
Variance resolution
Cycle Counting
Others as assigned
Work as a team member to provide feedback and drive improvements
Experience Required
Proficiency in JDE / Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to learn SAP/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL
Problem Solving Experience utilizing LEAN tools.
Effective and professional communication.
Verbal and Written
Ability to read and understand Part Drawings
Self-driven.
Basic email skills
Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
Ability to access parts in elevated locations up to 25 ft.
Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when required
HS Diploma/GED, 1 year manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications
2 years manufacturing experience
JDE and WMS experience
Excel Proficiency
Forklift experience
Pay Transparency
The starting hourly rate is $26.03 per hour.
