About the Role
We are hiring a dependable, professional small equipment operator and quality control technician in the hemp industry. This role combines product and equipment handling, along with on-site client interaction. It is ideal for someone looking for advancement within the hemp industry. MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, DAYS YOU WORK CHANGE FREQUENTLY.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down trimming equipment
- Safely lift, move, and load equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours/day while maintaining efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Interact professionally with facility staff and management
- Follow all company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Qualifications
- No felony convictions
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours/day while maintaining required work pace
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean, tidy, and professional appearance
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in licensed hemp production environments
Training & Advancement
- 2 weeks of paid training at $18/hour
- Hands-on instruction with equipment and compliance procedures
- Advancement to $22/hour after successful completion of training

Workplace Policy
- Must comply with a drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy
- Must be able to perform duties safely and professionally
Background Check Disclosure
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. This may include verification of identity, driving record, and criminal history, in accordance with applicable California and federal laws. A felony conviction will disqualify an applicant. Background checks will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment is made.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8-24 hours per week (possibly some overtime)
