Medical Provider – PA, NP or MD for Medical Marijuana Evaluations
Location: Lakewood, CO
Pay: $75 to $200 (percentage of revenue)
Schedule: Flexible – Set Your Own Hours
Doctors of Natural Medicine is seeking a licensed Colorado medical provider to conduct medical marijuana evaluations for patients at our Lakewood clinic.
This is a flexible opportunity for providers looking to supplement their current practice or create a schedule that works around other professional commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient evaluations in person or via telemedicine when permitted
- Determine patient eligibility for Colorado’s Medical Marijuana Registry
- Review relevant medical history and patient records
- Establish an appropriate provider-patient relationship
- Complete medical cannabis recommendations for qualifying patients
- Provide follow-up consultations when necessary
- Answer patient questions and provide appropriate resources
- Stay current with Colorado medical cannabis regulations

Patients book and prepay for appointments through our website based on the schedule you provide. We handle the appointment booking process so you can focus on patient evaluations.
Whether you are available a few hours per week or would like a more consistent schedule, we can work with your availability.
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold an active, unrestricted Colorado medical license in good standing
- Be authorized to practice medicine in Colorado
- Maintain an active DEA registration, where applicable
- Meet Colorado requirements for medical marijuana providers

Compensation
$75–$200/hour, depending on revenue split
