We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary medical clinic. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home therapy programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and patient-centered treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in an outpatient medical clinic is preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
