Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated licensed Tradesman/Journeyman plumber to join our team for residential generator installation projects in the DFW metro and surrounding area. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems that support residential backup power solutions. Your expertise will ensure that generator systems are integrated seamlessly with existing plumbing infrastructure, complying with all safety and building codes. Duties
- Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems for residential generator setups, including gas piping and propane piping
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to execute precise installations
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards throughout every phase of installation
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment and other equipment efficiently and safely
- Conduct pipe installation tasks such as cutting, threading, fitting, soldering, and sealing to ensure leak-free connections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and participating in site safety meetings
Experience
- Proven experience with residential plumbing projects involving new installations
- Journeyman/Tradesman plumber license REQUIRED
- Familiarity with building code compliance related to plumbing systems in residential settings
- Hands-on experience with gas piping systems, pipe threading, welding techniques, and pipe installation methods
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for plumbing systems within residential or commercial environments
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety regulations applicable to construction sites and field service operations
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with homeowners during installations or repairs
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or system configurations
Must Haves:
*Valid and current Texas DL
*Valid and current Texas Journeyman/Tradesman License
*Must be able to pass a drug test
*Clean driving and criminal history
*MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND RELIABLE

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
