Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a SME Network Engineer with an active Secret clearance to provide classified and unclassified Tier 3 senior-level support for the design, implementation, and deployment of network-specific technologies across a government Enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of locations worldwide. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Provides classified and unclassified Tier 3 senior-level support for the design, implementation, and deployment of network-specific technologies across a government Enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of locations worldwide.
- Provides engineering and operational support for cloud providers, including AWS and Azure, on-premise data centers, campus networks, Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Networks (DMVPN), Firewall, Layer 2/3, wireless networks, network applications installed on client workstations, optimization of various LAN and WAN environments, data center load balancing, and network access security, including 802.1x and Cisco ISE.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's with 15+ years of network engineering (or commensurate experience)
