As the Dining Room Manager, you'll help create a welcoming, restaurant-style dining experience that residents look forward to every day by:
Leading the daily operation of the dining room and ensuring exceptional hospitality and customer service
Coaching, training, and supporting servers to deliver outstanding resident experiences
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the dining room
Partnering with the Dining Director to ensure smooth meal service and efficient daily operations
Monitoring service quality, addressing resident needs, and fostering a positive dining atmosphere
Building a positive, team-oriented culture where employees feel supported and valued
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or customer service environment
Experience training team members in customer service, serving techniques, table settings, and side work
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for residents
