Exercise Physiologist – High-Energy Role in a Busy Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking an experienced and personable Exercise Physiologist to join our fast-paced skilled nursing facility in Midtown Atlanta. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, connects easily with patients, and is passionate about improving quality of life through movement and wellness.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized exercise and wellness programs for residents
- Work closely with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust programs accordingly
- Motivate and engage residents with a positive, energetic approach
- Ensure safety and proper technique during all activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehab, or healthcare setting REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging personality
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and stay organized
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
