Ready To Roll Garage Doors is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. No prior garage door experience is required — we provide full paid training, top-quality tools, and mentorship to set you up for success in a high-demand trade.
This role is perfect for those starting a career, transitioning from military service, athletics, restaurant, retail, or customer service — anyone ready to learn, work hard, and grow.
Duties
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential garage doors and openers
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Perform hands-on work using hand and power tools
- Safely handle lifting and setup of garage doors with guidance
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of garage doors
- Deliver outstanding service with professionalism and integrity
- Work alongside experienced technicians and gradually take on more responsibility
- Have to have open availability with end of day 6pm. Weekend rotation required after training.
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work with tools
- No few of heights and working on a ladder
- Strong mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Positive, coachable attitude with a focus on teamwork
- Customer service or hands-on work experience a plus (but not required)
