LTG Legal Staffing is seeking recent law school graduates, primarily those who recently completed the July 2026 Georgia Bar Exam. Selected applicants begin with LTG's seven-week attorney development process, which serves as our evaluation process before joining our litigation team.
No Cost Virtual Begins August 17 Limited Selection
Outstanding participants will receive a paid three-month contract position with the opportunity for full-time employment. Unlike traditional firms that hire first and train later, LTG evaluates and develops every new attorney through a structured attorney development process before making long-term hiring decisions.
Who Should Apply?

- Individuals committed to becoming trial lawyers.
- Professionals seeking to begin their careers as trial attorneys with a litigation-focused law firm.
Company Description LTG Legal Staffing develops and employs trial attorneys focused primarily on criminal defense and trial-bound civil litigation. Rather than relying on traditional law firm onboarding, LTG invests heavily in preparing new attorneys through structured mentorship, trial simulations, courtroom exposure, and supervised litigation before assigning them significant case responsibilities.
Role Description Every participant selected by LTG begins with our seven-week attorney development process. This serves as our evaluation period before long-term placement within our litigation team. Outstanding participants receive a paid three-month contract position. Attorneys who successfully complete the contract period may be offered full-time employment.
Successful participants will begin working as members of LTG's litigation team, assisting with active criminal defense and trial-bound civil cases under the supervision of experienced trial attorneys. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, court appearances, trial preparation, drafting and reviewing motions, review of discovery, conducting legal research, and participation in trial strategy sessions related to active cases. Proficiency and consistency in our case management system, trial preparation methodology, and task systems is required.
Applications are reviewed immediately, and interviews begin as qualified candidates apply. Because training begins August 17, positions may be filled before the application deadline.
