As a Roofing Solutions Consultant, you’ll introduce homeowners in an exclusive Metro Detroit territory (Oakland, Macomb, or Wayne County) to this product through face-to-face consultations. This role is built around direct, in-field sales — if you thrive meeting people where they are and closing on the spot, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
Canvass residential territories, conduct on-site roof assessments, present treatment proposals, and close contracts. Work company-provided leads and appointments alongside your own pipeline. Top performers expand into commercial accounts and team leadership after 90 days.
Compensation & benefits
- 7.5% base commission — 10% retroactive at 6+ sales/week
- 50/50 profit split on all sales above par price

What we’re looking for
- Proven direct or home improvement sales experience preferred
- Confident closer who handles objections and gets the signature
- Self-starter who owns their schedule and holds themselves accountable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Competitive candidates from athletics or high-volume sales encouraged to apply
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
