Horizon ABA is a clinician-led ABA practice committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and individualized services to children and their families. We're looking for an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference while working alongside supportive BCBAs in a collaborative environment.
As a small team, we value strong relationships, open communication, and providing our staff with the support they need to be successful. Our focus is on high-quality clinical care, meaningful progress, and building trusting relationships with the families we serve.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a child's home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered activities.
- Collect accurate session data and communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with children and their families.
- Celebrate meaningful progress while helping children develop skills that support greater independence.

Minimum Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a satisfactory 39-month driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain before employment)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to successfully obtain and maintain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to work in a variety of home environments, including both quiet and active settings
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 8–10 hours per week, weekdays) with opportunities to increase hours as additional clients become available.
