POSITION SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ASSISTANT- DISTRICT-WIDE

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in providing speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders. Implement therapy activities as directed, maintain accurate student records and documentation, assist with screenings and assessments, prepare instructional materials, collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication goals, and communicate with families as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology. Must hold or meet the minimum requirements for certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Employment is contingent upon all required credentials being on file with the Moscow School District.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous successful experience working with children or students with communication disorders in a school or clinical setting. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
