Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient opportunity in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This mission-driven outpatient opportunity offers a true four-day workweek with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Providers will focus on preventative dental care and oral health education while working alongside a collaborative clinical support team serving patients of all ages.
COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $40.00-$54.00/hour
- Full benefits package included
- PSLF and NHSC eligibility available
SCHEDULE
- Four-day workweek

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide preventative dental hygiene care
- Perform patient oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Support pediatric and adult patient populations
- Collaborate with dental providers and support staff
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
