Pay Range: $45.59 - $66.16 per hour

Summary:
The Manager of Inclusive Excellence Education will lead the design, delivery, and assessment of education programs that advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging at Rush. With specializations in Health Equity Education, Inclusive Teaching and Leadership Practices, this role will strengthen the organization’s commitment to patient-centered care, educational excellence, and inclusive excellence. The position reports to the Director, Inclusive Excellence and Belonging and work closely with executive leaders. The Manager will strategically partner with clinical, academic, and operational leaders to optimize outcomes and experiences for all.

Required Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required
- At least 7 years of related experience
- Earned Doctorate degree preferred

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning experiences focused on health equity, social drivers of health, and culturally responsive care.
- Partner with healthcare leaders, educators, and community stakeholders to integrate health equity principles into patient care, curricula, and organizational strategy.
- Lead professional development initiatives for faculty, educators, and staff to strengthen pedagogy, curriculum design, and teaching effectiveness in the current learning environment.
- Consult, coach and provide resources to academic and clinical leaders to embed inclusive excellence frameworks to optimize performance and increase accountability.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and communities of practice that enhance teaching excellence.
- Develop assessment tools, establish metrics and reporting systems to track progress and measure impact.
- Strengthen interprofessional collaboration and team performance through evidence-based inclusive communication and team optimization strategies.
- Partner with community organizations to extend the reach and impact of health equity education initiatives.
- Advocate for and integrate patient, family, learner, and community voices into curricula and program design.
