We’re looking for a Manufacturing Automation Engineer with real-world, hands-on experience designing, building, automating, and improving manufacturing processes.
This is not a desk-only engineering role. We need someone who can work directly with equipment, production processes, engineers, scientists, and technicians to figure out how to build our technology efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Launch prototypes to large scale production
- Design, build, and implement automated and semi-automated production lines
- Design fixtures, tooling, workstations, material-handling systems, and other production equipment
- Transform manual processes into automated processes through the implementation of integrated sensors, actuators and robotics
- Lead hands-on prototyping efforts when necessary
- Support inventory and materials management
Required Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Demonstrated experience taking a design from prototype to high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with DFM/DFMA
- Experience in PLC programming
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and launching automated production lines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and operators
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to jump into challenges
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and production optimization
- B.A. in manufacturing engineering or similar degree

Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Pay range is $85,000 - $115,000
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
