Hoover Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (Hoover), one of America's largest privately-held workers' compensation management corporations, is seeking a full time Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager. The position primarily will be performed remotely from the specialist's home; however, as this position requires travel in and around the Pittsburgh, PA area, the specialist should live within a reasonable commute of Pittsburgh, PA.
The specialist makes in-person and telephonic contact with employers, medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and injured workers, to obtain information used to develop earning power assessments for injured workers. The specialist will engage in labor market analysis for injured workers throughout western Pennsylvania.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT!
While a Master’s Degree is not required, candidates with a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field MUST ALSO POSSESS ONE of the following certifications: CRC, CDMS, CCM, or LPC.
Please note: regular travel by motor vehicle throughout western Pennsylvania is required.
Training and travel reimbursement provided. The position is performed Monday through Friday. Full benefits package including 401k. Salary commensurate with experience.
