Overview
Stander is currently searching for a part-time warehouse associate. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking individual to perform a variety of processes within our warehouse. Looking for team player who can help us meet increasing demand and find creative solutions and continually improve procedures. Workplace is fast paced and labor intensive. At Stander we prize speed and accuracy, we require a warehouse employee who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely, and double-check his or her work before completing a task. We are flexible with school schedules if needed. This is an entry level part-time position.
Responsibilities
- Processing outbound orders and shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for tracking inventory and processing orders.
- Organizing and retrieving stock
- Load/unload containers and trailers
- Receiving inventory into warehouse
- Quality control inspections and related tasks
- General organization and cleaning
Requirements
- Candidate must be able to follow verbal and written instruction daily
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on feet and move/lift objects up to ~65 lbs
- Able to work well with others and maintain team mentality
- Good communication, organization, time management, basic math skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills may be required
