As an Entry Level Sales Executive, you'll build valuable communication, leadership, and consultative sales skills while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your success.
No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
- Build strong professional relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain organized client documentation
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Team-focused personality
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
