Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a
motivated and organized Human Resources Professional to join our team and play a key role in
supporting our employees and HR operations.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, benefits,
compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while working directly with our Chief
Financial Officer. You'll also partner with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), giving you
exposure to HR best practices and employment law that will help prepare you for future
advancement into an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing
offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment for professional and exempt-level
positions.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll coordination, PTO tracking, and employee records.
- Maintain confidential personnel files and HRIS data.
- Coordinate annual performance review schedules and related documentation.
- Support employee engagement, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and internal
communications.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Help maintain employee policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.
- Partner with our PEO on benefits administration and HR best practices.
- Perform special HR projects and provide administrative support to the HR function.
What We're Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, or HR
operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining certification) is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 to $68,000 annually
Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
