Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Pay is based on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in commercial driving, vehicle operation, and load management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Duties
- Safely operate a range of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions.
- Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge of equipment such as front loader trucks and dump trucks.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Drive delivery routes efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks when necessary to load or unload cargo safely.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy-duty trucks and specialized equipment.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, including delivery driver roles involving load & unload operations.
- Mechanical knowledge of truck systems, including flatbed, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, roll-off, rear loader, and front loader vehicles.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles comfortably and safely.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling of cargo as required.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy vehicle operation and cargo securement.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
