We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales engineering coordinator (or Sales Support Engineer) to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, and Operations—to support key customer accounts, prepare proposals, follow up on technical requests, and help drive our go-to-market strategy.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in engineering, business, or supply chain who want to grow into a Business Development, Technical Project Management, or Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Field Application Engineering teams in coordinating customer communication and technical follow-ups
- Support proposal generation, quotations, and product documentation
- Track and organize project status updates, sample deliveries, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams in Taiwan and the U.S. to ensure smooth execution of customer programs
- Participate in customer meetings and prepare internal meeting summaries
- Research competitive solutions and market trends in high-speed interconnects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus (not required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Interest in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-speed electronics

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
