Join our compassionate healthcare team as a CNA-Bath Aid, where your dedication to patient comfort and hygiene will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. As a Bath Aid, you will work closely with nursing staff to assist patients with their daily hygiene needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a variety of care settings including long-term care facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Your proactive approach and caring nature will help foster a positive environment for patients during their recovery or daily living.
This is a Monday-Friday position from 8am-4:30pm. Holidays off!
Pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and skin care to promote comfort and health.
- Support patient mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assistive devices to prevent falls and injuries.
- Follow strict aseptic techniques during all patient interactions to prevent infection transmission.
- Maintain patient dignity by respecting privacy during personal care activities and adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding medical information.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to identify patient needs and report any changes in condition promptly.
- Assist with turning bedridden patients to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure skin integrity.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent licensure required.
- Experience working in long-term care, hospitals, assisted living, or hospice environments preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, vital signs measurement, and basic anatomy relevant to patient care.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as PointClickCare for accurate medical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or behavioral health needs.
- Demonstrated competency in infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
