We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team and help us continue our tradition of providing high-quality care to our patients.
About the Role:
As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) at William Penn Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care to our residents. Your duties will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Monitoring patient vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team, and implementing interventions as needed
Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Participating in shift reports and communicating with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
