Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in our mortgage sales process by initiating contact with potential borrowers, building rapport, and supporting the origination process under the guidance of licensed Loan Officers. This position offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and a clear pathway to transition into a fully licensed Loan Officer role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
- Educate potential borrowers about mortgage products and services.
- Assist in gathering client information to begin the loan application process.
- Work closely with licensed Loan Officers to support the loan pipeline.
- Study for and successfully pass the SAFE MLO licensing exam (company-sponsored in 15+ states).
- Maintain daily productivity standards and meet performance goals.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded with a customer service approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- No prior mortgage experience required
- Must be willing to pursue and obtain MLO licensure (support and sponsorship provided)
Work Environment:
This is an in-person position located at our headquarters in Troy, MI 48098. Remote work is not available for this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
