We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front End Estimator. The ideal candidate will assist in creating initial walk in estimates and selling the value and benefits of Cliff's Body Repair. This position would also be working hand in hand with other office staff to ensure proper updates throughout the repair process and being "the face" of Cliff's to our customers. We are a locally owned and operated shop looking to obtain multiple OEM certifications in order to grow and better serve our customers and community.
Duties:
- Navigate CCC to initial estimates
-Update customers during the repair process
- Follow up on accounts receivables to ensure paid accounts
- Support other employees as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an estimator role require
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
- Customer service skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
- Familiarity OEM procedures and tooling is preferred
-NYS insurance adjuster license preferred
- Valid driver's license required for moving vehicles within the facility
