About the Role:
The Senior Director, Commercial Finance sits right at the intersection of sales, marketing, and profitability, so the role is less about pure accounting and more about influencing commercial decisions. The Senior Director, Commercial Finance is a strategic business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth by delivering actionable insights and enhancing financial visibility across the commercial organization. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of the beer industry, distributor networks, and consumer dynamics. Partner closely with HUSA’s Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, as a member of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Teams, to develop and execute our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10+ years of related commercial finance experience within consumer goods or related industry
- Demonstration of leveraging analytics and data to drive decision making
- Undergraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance required
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Proven experience of challenging and influencing business partners to drive decision making
- Experience with financial modeling with a high standard of personal and team execution
- Ability to draw meaningful insights using data
- Ability to translate strategic direction into meaningful actions
- Experience with financial information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information

- Base Salary Range: $210,000 - $230,000 + Annual Bonus
