Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various remodeling tasks and be capable of transforming spaces to meet client specifications. This role requires proficiency in multiple construction skills, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects from frame to finish, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces.
- Carry out trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of remodeled areas.
- Utilize tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Manage construction site cleanliness and organization throughout the project duration.
- Conduct frame carpentry to create structural elements that support remodeling efforts.
Experience
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in remodeling or construction, showcasing skills in the following areas:
- Trim carpentry
- Cabinet Installation
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting
- Proficiency with hand tools used in construction
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols
- Frame carpentry skills
