We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Merchandiser to join our vibrant retail team. Duties
- Implement compelling visual displays using schematics, planograms, and visual design principles to optimize product placement and store aesthetics.
- Supervise daily merchandising activities, including stocking, inventory management, and store cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members on merchandising standards, POS operations, and customer service excellence.
- Manage pricing strategies, promotional setups, and remodeling projects to align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention, and accurate record-keeping using retail math techniques.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize organizational skills to coordinate store schedules, monitor sales performance, and support administrative tasks such as cash handling and cashiering.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays and schematics.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and visual design concepts.
- Multilingual abilities with fluency in Urdu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of store management systems (POS), inventory management tools, and retail math for effective stock control.
- Experience with remodeling projects, interior design concepts, and store layout planning (planograms).
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks such as merchandising schedules, stock levels, and training sessions.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety standards.
