The Hume Home of Muskegon Assisted Living is a nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to caring for individuals as they age with dignity, compassion, and respect. We offer a fun, homelike, family environment while providing a range of care levels to meet the unique needs of our residents.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our caregiving team. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference every day by supporting residents in their daily lives and fostering a warm, engaging environment.

- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Administer medications per established guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Participate in and support life enrichment activities
- Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
- A genuine passion for caring for people as they age
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience working with the elderly population (preferred, but not required)
