Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Assist guests with setting up games, including simulators, duckpin bowling, darts, and other attractions
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure guests are having a safe and enjoyable experience
- Provide tips and guidance to help guests get the most out of their gameplay
- Identify and report or troubleshoot minor technical issues with games
- Provide menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and engaging attitude with all guests
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Comfortable speaking with groups and providing instructions
- Ability to stay energetic and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Team-oriented and dependable
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
