Financial Clerk in Medical Practice

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency and Experience in Online Quickbook Program Required
- Preferably some knowledge of Medent electronic health records system
- Experience in bill processing, reconciliation of bank and accounts receivable/payable
- Experience in Account payable and accounts receivable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Accounting a plus
- Proficiency in handling and processing of financial data in Online Quickbook’s program
- Proficiency in Accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point,
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Excellent telephone etiquette (must be pleasant and enthusiastic).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Willingness to be flexible, jump in where needed, multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and meticulous (accurate data entry).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently but take direction when needed.
