Seeking passionate elementary school teachers for part time (Mon-Wed). We are unlike any other program in the state--and we are awesome! Are you fun? Are you passionate? Duties
- Lead the given curriculum with the hands-on experiments and games we've woven in. We custom curate our curriculum to meet each year's group of kids--we meet them where they're at and we help them soar.
- Foster a supportive and passionate classroom environment that encourages hands-on learning, laughter and movement. We have standing/sitting student desks and a full facility with classrooms, but we also have 5 acres plus a garden and a playground--go outside!
- Utilize various teaching methods, including hands-on modalities, technology integration, and group work to enhance learning experiences.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth, providing guidance as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred; teaching certification required.
- Experience working with students in an elementary school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective tutoring techniques is beneficial.
