Job Summary
We are currently seeking New York State Licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) and Registered Architects (RAs) to join our growing team of professionals.
Our primary hiring focus is newly licensed Professional Engineers and Registered Architects.If you've recently earned your PE or RA license and are looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience while working on real residential and commercial projects throughout New York City, we'd like to hear from you.
For over 30 years, our firm has provided architectural drafting and design, DOB expediting, permit management, engineering coordination, and construction project management. We work alongside a trusted network of licensed architects, contractors, and construction professionals, supporting a high volume of projects across NYC.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our network of licensed professionals.
While Professional Engineers (PEs) and Registered Architects (RAs) are our primary hiring priority, we also welcome applications from Licensed Master Electricians (LME) and Licensed Master Plumbers (LMP) who have recently obtained their licenses or are looking to establish a long-term professional relationship with our firm.

Qualifications
- Active New York State Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), Licensed Master Electrician (LME), or Licensed Master Plumber (LMP) licenses
- No prior professional experience required
- Newly licensed professionals are strongly encouraged to apply
- Mandarin Chinese preferred, but not required
