Hiring Experienced Roofing Crews – Residential Asphalt Shingles
We are looking for experienced roofing crews who are legal to work in the United States.
✅ Project size: 10,000 sq. ft.
✅ Pay: $100 per square for residential asphalt shingles

Requirements:
Must have trucks, complete tools, and equipment
Must have a valid visa, work permit, and all legal documents to work in the U.S.
Crews should be reliable, professional, and experienced in roofing projects

Requirements
- Prior construction experience or background in roofing is highly preferred; however, motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings or construction plans.
- Experience with roofing repair, asphalt shingles, siding installation, or masonry is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions comfortably.
- Excellent attention to detail in following safety protocols and technical instructions for successful project completion.
