Salary is determined by the set salary schedule for EMS Examiner positions.
General Description
This position enables the person to act as a National Registry Examiner or assistant for all psychomotor skill levels of EMS providers. Examiners must be capable of testing all skills at the level of their license. Exams are generally conducted Saturdays on campus from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm 6 – 7 times/year as needed.
Qualifications: Education
A state license as an EMS provider. Current National Registry Certification preferred. A state license as an EMS instructor is also preferred but not required.
Assistants must have knowledge of the roles of EMS provider and their skills.
Qualification:Experience
Three years of experience as an out of hospital EMS provider is preferred.
