- Previous serving experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with elevated dining experience
- Familiarity with Square POS systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Food Handler Certificate is required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
- Available nights, weekends and some holidays
