Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage the Toast POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender is essential!
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
