We have a very exciting Finance and Insurance Manager opportunity at Gengras Honda Upper Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance product menu to every customer while illustrating the product benefits and features
- Generate finance income on all sold customers
- Capture all customer information, confirm title information, and insurance information
- Determine desire/need for automobile financing by interviewing customer; exploring payment options
- Collect a signed final menu document that outlines the financial terms in the final purchase contract, retail installment contract (or lease contract), and lists the products the customer declined
- Prepare transaction documents by completing loan agreements, Department of Motor Vehicle registration, and related documents.
- Confirm automobile sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customer, ensuring understanding of content.
- Confirm all bank stipulations are met and confirm with customer prior to vehicle delivery
- Verify that all required documents are signed correctly and that all monies due to dealer are collected prior to delivery
- Record receipt funds in compliance with policies, including proper Cash Reporting guidelines
- Support, teach and help grow the sales staff
- Foster a cohesive relationship with the sales desk
- Maintain dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport; answering questions; providing information; resolving discrepancies and dissatisfactions; maintaining a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index
- Maintain customer confidence and organization stability by keeping information confidential; helping others comply

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive Finance required
- Displays superior customer relationship skills and maintains strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
- Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure
- Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management
- Maintains professional appearance and confident, positive and high energy presence
- Is team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations
- Must be available weekends
Must have a valid driver's license
