Lead strategic growth initiatives across major retail, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer sales channels

Drive channel expansion and revenue growth through platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, Petco, PetSmart, and other national retail partners

Develop and execute brand growth strategies, including product launches, marketplace expansion, customer acquisition, and DTC initiatives

Analyze key business and marketing performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, conversion trends, and customer retention data

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain, advertising, and sales teams to support scalable growth and operational efficiency

Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and evolving consumer behaviors within the pet products and premium consumer goods industries

Support pricing strategy, promotional planning, and inventory alignment across multiple sales channels

5–10 years of experience within the U.S. consumer products industry, preferably in pet products, wellness, nutrition, food, or premium lifestyle brands

Strong experience managing at least one major retail or e-commerce platform, such as Amazon, Chewy, Petco, or PetSmart

Proven track record supporting brand launches, marketplace growth, omnichannel sales, or DTC business expansion

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience evaluating business KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics
